Andrew Horder, Founder and Principal Consultant 
Andrew has been involved in developing Key Accounts since 1989, and has worked for and with companies ranging from Multinationals to owner-managed SME's.  He completed his MBA with the Open University Business School in 2002, studying modules focusing on Marketing Relationships and Knowledge Management

His main experience has been in the field of consumer durables, where he has won major contract reviews and has a record of helping companies of varying sizes to increase sales and profits from their Key Accounts.  Companies and brands Andrew has worked for include: Philips, Beiersdorf, CK Tools, Response Electronics, Friedland, MK Electric, Novar PLC

Business Strategy Solutions was established in 2003 to help businesses to retain and grow their Key Accounts

It and is still owned and managed by Founder and Principal Consultant Andrew Horder

BSS provides consultancy and training on Key Accounts Strategy and Customer Loyalty Strategies.  Through DIYflex it provides short-term and part-time Key Account Management services to the DIY Retail and Merchant sectors, as well as to general product and services markets through KAMflex.

More recently, BSS has developed Opportunity Matrix™ a decision-making and prioritisation tool to help business owners and managers to focus on their best opportunities.
